Courtney and James knew what it was all about. They planned their day, made it their own, and made sure to make it nice and relaxed. I hope I helped in that regard.

Having one of the most camera shy mum’s in quite some time, presented me with a refreshing challenge. However, my relaxed nature and desire to capture people off-guard paid off nicely with her. My favourite was this moment of mum and dad sharing a kiss at the reception...

Another, less-conventional, wedding day (I love it when couples make their wedding day their own!)

Reen and Jason had a very informal garden ceremony, with a cocktail reception to follow. They had planned the day to finish nice and early, so that they could enjoy dinner (prepared just for them) on their own, in their hotel room, overlooking the bay.

Oh - and my Polaroid Photo-Booth was a hit with everyone!! Not only are they a great keep-sake for the couple (Reen and Jason used these instead of a guest book), but guests love being able to take their own self-portraits via remote-control, and keep a print for themselves! ...there’s no school like the old school. I’m glad others share my love of Polaroid film!

I always love covering Queensland weddings. You just can’t go wrong with the weather and the easy-going nature of the locals.

Jodi and Paul were no exception...Having an early ceremony, followed by a luncheon reception, with photos of the bridal party in the afternoon. It was all wrapped up by 18:00, followed by an intimate dinner for family, friends, and yours truly.

Another windy and rainy day... But Amy and Mitchell barely noticed. The atmosphere was one of the most relaxed I’d come across. Thanks for making it a great day, guys!
